We ship across the United States, with free shipping on every order and no minimum purchase. We do not ship to PO Box addresses.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, so most orders reach you within 4–9 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return, as long as the item is unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned.
Email info@halden-grove.com with your order number. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without requesting a return first cannot be accepted.
